Macedonia is well-kept secret among powder-hungry adventurers. Popova Shapka ski resort is located in 1650m altitude and is the base of our operation from where we go to up to 2500m for our rides. The north side is perfect for snowcatskiing / freeriding. 40 Minutes from Skopje, it lies at 1700 meters and has a lot of powder snow.
Enjoy the high standard of the 4**** Hotel Scardus with Sauna and Spa after a long day out in the backcountry, skiing a minimum of 3000 vertical meters either in forrest or high mountain terrain. Minimum of 2 professional guides with every group and we can provide all the necessary off piste security equipment free of charge.
